Step 1: Create a new file, I had mine at 500px by 500 px. Make the BG white, or any colour that you like.

Step 2: Go to brush, set your settings like mine.

Step 3: Create a new layer. For the brush colour, you can choose any. Then you will apply it on the new layer. one or two times…
